Unlike many commercial pet food brands, Flint River Ranch ultra premium pet foods and treats are never "warehoused" or left for weeks (or months) to sit on store shelves — they are delivered to one of FRR's 15 distribution centers and prepped for shipping within two days of manufacture. This guarantees that the freshest and healthiest possible product arrives at your door in the shortest period of time.

Flint River Ranch Returns
A+ Flint River Ranch offers an Unconditional 100% Total Satisfaction Guaranteed 30-day Return Policy through Flint River Ranch. Under this policy, Flint River Ranch will refund the full product value for any Flint River Ranch food or product, less the original cost of shipping and handling via Flint River Ranch, for returns made within 30 days of customer receipt of order. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping to the closest of the two main Flint River Ranch regional distribution center locations:
West Coast (Denver, Colorado): Flint River Ranch, 3870 Paris Street, Unit 2, Denver, CO 80239
East Coast (Atlanta, Georgia): Flint River Ranch, 4725 Fulton Industrial Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30336
To initiate a return, contact FRR toll free at (800) 354-6858 (Option #2) or email FRR Returns for a RAC (return authorization code) — this RAC is required before a return can be processed. FRR Returns will provide instructions and the correct return address to send the remaining product. Please include a copy of the original invoice, the RAC number, and a statement for the reason of return.
All "Automatic Shipments" returned will result in the cancellation of future Auto-Ships; you will need to contact us in order to reinstate your adjusted Auto-Ship schedule.
If a UPS Return Call Tag request is needed, there will be a $10.00 charge to your account. This charge will be deducted from any refund or credit.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days of customer receipt of Flint River Ranch products.
